Lisa Coors
Lisa Coors is the Owner of Coors Core Fitness (CCF), the leading medical fitness studio in the Cincinnati area. Started in 2006, CCF has become the referral source for numerous physician practices and physical therapy centers. Lisa is also a national presenter in the fitness industry where she has presented at Club Industry, Athletic Business Conference, The Sunflower Revolution/ Parkinson’s Symposium and AFPA. She has written numerous publications and is one of the authors for the American Council on Exercise: Medical Exercise Specialist Manual. In 2012, she started the Women’s Fitness Association as a resource to mentor and educate women in the fitness industry. She is also a Member of the Xavier University College of Business Board of Executive Advisors, Xavier University Women of Excellence Committee and the Xavier University College of Professional Science College Advisory Board.

Paige Parkhouse
Paige has been in the fitness industry since 2009. As an ACE Certified Personal Trainer, she has a background that includes personal training, TRX, trigger point therapy and exercise for special populations. Paige is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with a BA in communications and a Masters Degree in Health Promotion and Education.
Paige’s fitness experience ranges from working with young children to seniors. She teaches the Coors Core Fitness Parkinson’s exercise classes as well as HIIT at the CCF Hyde Park location. She also has worked with the University of Cincinnati Campus Recreation Department, Fidelity Investment Corporate Wellness programs and for the EPA designing and implementing exercise programs.

Brian Meyers
Brian has been studying martial arts and yoga for many years. He studied Aikido at Aikido of Cincinnati and the Hombu Dojo in Tokyo, Japan. He received his 200 hour yoga teacher certification in Yin Yoga from You Do Yoga, LLC in Cincinnati in 2012. He has been studying Yang style Tai Chi Chuan for several years and is currently studying with Tim Coletta in Blue Ash.
Brian is a former Girl Scout Troop Leader and is currently studying clinical mental health counseling at Northern Kentucky University. He has also undergone wilderness survival training at Boulder Outdoor Survival School in Boulder, Utah.
In Tai Chi Chuan, Brian believes, one may honor the ancient traditions and foundational ideas while modifying the forms to meet the needs of students. Brian also believes that a warrior is someone who defies their own limitations.

Jenna Moffo
Jenna brought her energy to the Coors team in 2016 after graduating with her B.S. at Indiana University in 2012 and her Doctorate of Physical Therapy at Ohio University in 2016. She began her journey training PWP’s through a community group in 2014 and compounded her knowledge of neuromuscular conditions and movement disorders with the ACE-certified course, (Lisa, what is the name of the course – Move it or Lose it?) in 2016. She is also a certified NFPT Personal Trainer, which is an NCCA Accredited Certification Program. She also works as a pediatric Physical Therapist at Cincinnati Children’s. She has treated an array of populations and conditions from sport and overuse injuries to developmental disabilities.
Above all, her creativity and knowledge will help members feel safe, confident, and excited about the variety of personal challenges! Get ready to be supported on your journey towards a happier, healthier lifestyle with exercise that is challenging and FUNctional!
At home, her husband would say, “She does not sit still!” When not working, training, or working out, she is relaxing with yoga, snuggling her fur baby (cat), singing and playing guitar, crafting, or cooking up something delicious and new!

Terry Halpin
Terry Halpin worked for 36 years in nursing, including ICU, emergency room, hospice and 22 years as a nurse practitioner in primary care. Both her undergraduate and graduate degrees are from the University of Cincinnati.
She knows and values the role exercise has in keeping one healthy and engaged in life, so she became an ACE Certified Personal Trainer in June, 2018. She is excited to bring her set of skills to the personal training arena!
Terry has been active in numerous community organizations over the years from the Down Syndrome Association of Cincinnati to the Cincinnati Nature Center. She enjoys camping, hiking, gardening and spending time with her grandchildren!

Bonnie Collins
Bonnie was in social work for 26 years. She has had experience working with behavioral adolescents in children at the Butler County Children’s Home, Beech Acres and Children’s Home of Cincinnati. In 2010, she retired from St. Joe’s orphanage as a case manager.
Bonnie began training with Lisa Coors in 2013 and become an assist for the group exercise programs. She also does in-home stretching for clients who need additional help.
In 2017, Bonnie created a support group called Next Chapter. This is a group for spouses and family members who have lost a loved one going through stage four Parkinson’s.
Bonnie has also completed Lisa Coors Parkinson’s Disease program and enjoys working with the CCF clients and understanding them better.
