Monday, November 11th:
10am: Veterans Day in Blue Ash. Meet at the studio at 10am and Terry Halpin will walk with you down to Veterans Park to celebrate our veterans!

Wednesday, November 13th:
11:30am-1:00pm: “Eating for a Healthy Brain: The Mind Diet” presented by Lisa Coors. Join us while Lisa talks about the Mind Diet and how it may help with Parkinson’s Disease management while preventing potential other diseases. The MIND Diet is a combination of the Mediterranean Diet and the DASH Diet.

Friday, November 15th:
12:15-1:15pm: “Important Legal Documents: Wills, POA forms etc.” presented by Attorney Olivia Smith with OKS Attorney at Law. As we age, it is important to plan for retirement and potential health issues. Olivia will talk about the important documents you will need for your future.

Monday, November 18th:
11:45am-12:45pm: “Fall Prevention” presented by Val Frantz with Right at Home. Val is the Director or Nursing at Right at Home. She will talk about ways you can preventing falling in your home.

Wednesday, November 20th:
11:30am- 12:30pm: “Cornhole Tournament” sponsored by Papa John’s Pizza. Come join Bonnie for a pizza party and cornhole competition!

Thursday, November 21st:
12:15-1:15pm: “Coffee with Chris Gaffney”. Come join Chris Gaffney from Parkinson Support and Wellness as he has a forum where PWPs can ask questions about PD and the resources PSW can provide.

Friday, November 22nd:
12:00-12:45pm: “Thanksgiving Feast! Pot Luck Lunch” Please bring a HEALTHY thanksgiving-type dish to share with your friends.

1-2:00pm: “Opening Minds Through Art” brought to us by Marvin Knoblach with Alois Alzheimer Center. SIGN UP REQURED AND LIMITED TO 12.

Wednesday, November 27th:
11:30am-12:30pm: “Gratefulness” Please join Brian Meyers and Lisa Coors as they lead our members in a gratefulness activity. Let’s be thankful for the many gifts we have.
