Operation Co-Team Leader

JOB DESCRIPTION

POSITION OPENING:  Operation Co-Team Leader- (2-3 days/week)

HOURS: Monday- 9AM-2:30PM (Thursdays and Fridays, possibly Wednesdays)

TYPE OF POSITION: 1099- Independent Contractor (Paid on an hourly basis)

EDUCATIONAL/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED BACKGROND:

  • 4 Year degree in a business-related field
  • 8-10 years experience as a manager in a small-mid-size business
    • Experienced in leading teams of co-workers, doing budgets and reporting to boards of directors
  • Fitness/Exercise Enthusiast
    • Candidate must have a passion for fitness and exercise
    • Candidate is required to teach exercise classes at the facility or fill in for a trainer if they are unable to teach that day
  • Have a CPR/AED Certification and Personal liability insurance
  • Compassionate with persons with disability and those with chronic illness
  • Must be technically proficient to produce files in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Detail oriented and superior organizational skills

Overall description:  The Co-Team Leader Candidate (Substitute) is needed to fill in for current managers during vacations, holidays etc. A good candidate would be someone who is recently retired or has a flexible schedule. Schedules are done a month in advanced so this candidate would know our need for their assistance ahead of time. The candidate must be a super organized, energetic and positive person who can co-lead with the other team leaders, They must be driven for success not only for the 215 members who attend PCF but for the overall success of the business. The candidate must thrive on a very fast pace work day but be able to assist founders in the overall planning and direction of the business.
