Kathleen Rink joined PCF as a volunteer in April 2025 and was elected to the Board of Directors in July 2025. Her involvement with PCF is deeply personal—her late father-in-law, Tom Rink, was an early member of the organization, and Kathleen is honored to continue his legacy by supporting a community that played such an important role during his courageous journey with Parkinson’s disease. Prior to PCF, Kathleen spent 17 years in the banking industry as a leader and executive overseeing large branch territory’s in cities across the country.
