All members who pay a monthly fee of $20 or a yearly fee of $220 receive all access to the cardiovascular and stretching equipment during the hours of 10am-3pm, Monday through Friday. Also included in this membership is all access to any lectures, support and/or social events listed on the monthly calendar. All members will receive a monthly paper and online calendar so they are aware of all events and activities. One time guest passes for friends or family can be purchased at the door for $20/day.

(All fees are out-of-pocket and not covered by insurance)

Personal training services along with any Parkinson’s specific exercise classes are an additional fee which is not included in the $20/month member fee.

Getting Started

New members will need to fill out the PCF Health History, Liability, Sick Policy and Medical Release Form. PCF will fax Medical Release Forms to physicians. This is to ensure the safety of every person who uses the facility.

Rules and Regulations

Only persons 18 years of age and older are permitted in the facility. We also strictly enforce our Sick Policy which is for the safety of everyone who enters our facility. No pets allowed unless Service Pet.

Scope of Practice

Those providing services at PCF are not medical professionals. The services provided are not to be substituted for medical treatment.  This facility is not an adult daycare facility. If fitness professionals see that an individual is unsafe to use the facility safely, they will contact the member’s emergency contacts.
